Since our official beginning in September 2002, Chad & Jaye Mansbridge have served as Lead Pastors of Bayside, as well as regularly speaking at local schools and churches across Australia and Overseas.  They currently reside in Victor Harbor, with their three gorgeous children; Jesse, Ebony and Charlie. Together, they share an unshakable desire to see people walk in an authentic and unhindered relationship with their Maker; and through that experience, be empowered to represent Him well before others. Before relocating from Adelaide to the South Coast, Chad & Jaye served on the leadership team of Coastlands Church for a number of years, having been mentored and significantly influenced by the life and ministry of Rob & Glenda Rufus (currently based at City Church International, Hong Kong), with whom they still remain close friends. In 2010, Chad authored his first book - “He Qualifies You!” - which has received rave reviews from church leaders and Christian authors worldwide.    Much of Chad’s preaching ministry can be accessed in mp3 format from the Our Downloads page on this website.
